摘要
本文测定了电化学抛光的各项技术参数 ,表明能明显减小金属制件的表面粗糙度 ,将Ra值减至 0 .16μm以下 ,达到镜面光洁度。将此工艺用于注塑模具 ,使难以用机械方法抛光的复杂表面明显光亮。从而 ,将使其制成的塑料产品增强销售竞争力。
This paper has measured respectively the technical parameter of electrochemical polishing,which indicates that the surface roughness of metalwork can evidenly be reduced,the Ra value can be decreased to 0.16μm or below,and the polished surface can reach mirror finish.To use this technology in injection mold, the surface which is difficult to be polished by mechanical method can obviously be brightened.The sales competitive power of plastic products will be enhanced.
