摘要
滚磨光整加工过程中磨块的力链网络及力学行为对加工效果有重要影响。以主轴式滚磨光整加工为研究对象,主要研究滚磨过程中滚筒转速和磨块直径对滚筒内磨块群力链特性的影响,通过建立力链数目、长度、强度和准直线系数评估标准来对力链进行量化研究。研究结果表明:在相同条件下,滚筒转速越高,力链数量越多,力链强度越大,力链准直线系数越大,稳定性越好,滚筒内磨块之间的相对运动越小。而磨块直径越小,力链数量越多,力链强度也越大。磨块直径越大,力链准直线系数越大,力链系统越稳定,滚筒内磨块之间的相对运动越小,磨块对工件的相对运动也越小。研究工作为从细观力链层面解释加工效果及加工效率提供理论基础。
The force chain network and mechanical behavior of the grinding block have an important influence on the machining effect during the barrel finishing process.The spindle-type barrel finishing is regarded as the research object.The influence of the drum rotation speed and the grinding block particle size on the force chain characteristics of the grinding block in the drum is studied.The quantitative study of force chain is researched by establishing evaluation criterion of the force chain number,length,strength and quasi-linear coefficient.The research results show that under the same conditions,the higher the rotational speed of the drum is,the greater the number of force chains gets,the greater the strength of the force chain obtains,the larger the quasilinear coefficient of the force chain achieves,the better the stability is,and the smaller the relative motion between the grinding blocks in the drum gets.The smaller the particle size of the grinding block is,the greater the number of force chains and the greater the strength of the force chain are.The larger the particle size of the grinding block is,the larger the quasi-linear coefficient of the force chain achieves,the more stable the force chain system is,the smaller the relative motion between the grinding blocks in the drum obtains,and the smaller the relative motion of the grinding block to the work piece achieves.The research work provides a theoretical basis for explaining the processing effect and processing efficiency from the meso-force chain level.
