摘要
以LL480QB型柴油机为实验研究对象。选定17种摩擦副零件。分类制定了光整加工工艺。重点分析了光整加工前后零件棱边。毛刺,表面的粗糙度、硬度、微观形状及应力的变化。实验结果表明:可以有效去除零件毛刺,棱边倒圆整齐。表面粗糙度值明显降低一个等级,表面显微硬度提高60HV以上。表面应力由拉应力转换为压应力。通过整机性能测试对比,摩擦副零件全面光整加工后的整机性能提高,按磨合指标要求,整机出厂磨合时间减少近50%,试车燃油消耗量减少30%左右,燃油消耗率减少3~4g/(kW·h),噪声降低1dB。综合表明,对摩擦副零件进行光整加工是改善发动机整机性能的有效途径之一。
Taking a LL480QB diesel engine as the general researching object, 17 kinds of parts with frication pairs were chosen, and the surface finishing processes were worked out in sorts. The changes of the edge burr, surface roughness, surface hardness, surface microcosmic shape and surface layer of the parts prior and after finishing were researched. The experimental results showed that the burr was removed effectively, the edge was filleted regularly, the surface roughness was decreased obviously by one grade, the surface hardness was increased at least by 60HV and surface tension stress was converted to compression stress. Compared the two engines with the running test (the one which parts with frication pairs was comprehensively finished, while the other one was not), the performance of the engine whose parts with frication pairs had been finished was improved, and the running-in time was reduced by nearly 50%, the running-in fuel consumption was decreased by about 30%, the specific fuel consumption of the engines was reduced by 3~4 g/(kW · h) and the noise level was decreased by 1 dB. Generally, finishing the surface of the parts with frication pairs is one of the effective methods to develop the performance of the engine.
