摘要
校企融合、工学互动是高职院校办学方向和人才培养模式的科学定位。以学院校企结合的软件人才培养为例,在校企深度融合的基础上,对人才培养提出了"校企深度融合,全程职业化培养"的工学结合五阶段职业化培养实施方案。实践表明,"校企深度合作,全程职业化培养"人才培养模式对于提高高职院校的办学水平和人才培养质量,效果是明显的。
Fusion of schools ＆ enterprises and interaction of work ＆ study are the running directions of higher vocational colleges, which embody the scientific orientation of talent training mode. Taking training of software talents as an example, a five-period vocational training plan isput forward based on deep fusion of schools ＆ enterprises called ＂deep fusion of schools ＆ enter- prises, whole course vocational training＂. It has turned out to be quite effective for higher voca- tional colleges to improve the quality of running a school and cultivating talents.
