摘要
通过高职院校产教融合、校企合作机制改革中的困境分析,以及基于辽宁职业学院在国家骨干院校建设过程中对办学机制创新的探索与实践,论述了高职院校产教融合、校企合作方面机制改革的新思路新举措、校企合作集团化办学的新途径以及改革后所取得的初步成效,从而为建立具有职教特色的产教深度融合、校企合作机制创新提供成功经验和案例。
Through analyzing the dilemma of fusion of production and education, and school-enterprise cooperation mechanism re?form in higher vocational colleges, and based on the exploration and practice of mechanism innovation of school-running system for Liaoning Vocational College in the process of construction of national backbone college, this paper elaborates the new ideas and new initiatives of mechanism reform in the aspects of the fusion of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges. It also discusses the new approaches of group school-running by school-enterprise cooperation and pre?liminary effect achieved after the reform to provide successful experience and cases for the deep fusion of production and education and mechanism innovation of school-enterprise cooperation with the characteristics of vocational education.
