摘要
实施教学做合一,其教师应具有崇高的师德师风,勇于创新的精神,科学的教育观念,健康的身心素质,终身学习的态度,高超的执教能力等。现有教师从整体上讲不符合教学做合一的要求,应通过培训学习、教研活动、教学实践、行业实践、制度激励等提升教师素质。
The teaching method of Teaching Learning Practicing in One need the teachers should have the noble virtue,and innovative spirit,the scientific concept of education,healthy physical and mental qualities,life-long learning attitude and superb coaching ability.Existing teachers,from an overall perspective,do not meet the requirements of Teaching Learning Practicing in One,therefore,we should improve the quality of teachers through training,teaching and research activities,teaching practice, industry practice and institutional incentives as well.
