摘要 文章针对高等职业院校职业技能教学存在的问题,对"教学做合一"在职业技能教学中的应用进行了研究与实践。提出了只有进一步提高教师素质、建立适合"教学做合一"有效实施的职业技能课程体系、建设适应"教学做合一"职业技能教学的校内生产性实训基地和校外实训基地,将"教学做合一"思想应用到职业技能教学的各个环节,才能实现高技能人才的培养目标,才能为社会培养出一大批具有高超职业技能、勇于创新精神和终身学习能力的新时代高技能人才队伍。 In view of the problems existing in vocational skills teaching in higher vocational colleges, this paper implemented the research and practice on the application of"teaching-learn-ing-doing integration"in vocational sklls teaching. Only through further improving teachers' quality, constructing a vocational skills curriculum system suitable for the effective implementation of "teaching-learning-doing integration", building on-campus and off-campus training bases suitable for "teaching-learn-ing-doing integration", and applying the idea of "teach-ing-learning-doing integration"in every link of vocational skills teaching, can we realize the goal of cultivating a large number of high-quality talents with outstanding vocational skills, high inno-vative spirit and lifelong learning ability for the society in the new age.
