摘要 利用安装在喷煤支管上的测温元件连续测量管道内煤粉流股的温度 ,通过计算机采集、记录和处理测温数据 ,对支管堵塞、停煤、断煤及输煤不畅等喷吹故障进行在线监测和报警 ,也可根据温度—时间推移图了解各支管过去一周的喷吹状况。针对多管路喷煤系统设计的 30测点单支管喷吹状态监测系统已在首钢 1号高炉喷煤站投入应用。 The temperature of pulverized coal flow in the PCI pipes is measured continuously by the temperature measuring units installed on the pipes The results are collected,recorded and treated by the computer to monitor and alarm on line the abnormality of flow in pipes,such as clogging,stopping and unimpeded transporting The PCI within the last week could be known by the chart of temperature vs time The monitoring system for PCI with 30 temperature measuring units had been used on Shougang No 1 BF The principle of monitoring system and running results of the system are introduced in this thesis
