摘要 宝钢分公司3BF喷煤系统由于设计的原因,喷煤支管的检堵长期以来依靠人工判断,随着高炉喷煤量的不断提高和喷吹煤种的迅速增加,尤其是流动性差喷吹煤种的增多,已越来越不适应高炉大喷煤的需求。为此开发了一种简单实用的检堵方法,利用安装在喷煤支管上的测温元件连续测量管道内煤粉流股的温度,通过计算机采集、记录和处理测温数据,对支管堵塞、停煤、断煤及输煤不畅等喷吹故障进行在线监测和报警,使操作工能够及时了解喷吹管线的状态并采取相应的措施,确保喷吹系统的稳定运行。该技术已推广运用到1BF、4BF的喷煤系统。 It is because of the poor design of the pulverized coal injection (PCI) system for Baosteel No. 3 BF that the jam detection of the pulverized coal branch pipe has depended on human judgment for a long time. With continuous and rapid increase of volume and varieties of pulverized coal, especially with the increase of coal variety which is poor in runnability, the situation can not satisfy the needs of PCI in large scale. In order to improve the situation, a simple and practical jam detection method has been developed. In detail, with the temperature of coal flow in pipes constantly measured by thermometer device installed on the pulverized coal branch pipes, with the temperature data collected, recorded and processed by computers, with the online inspection and alarms given if problems arise concerning the jam of branch pipes, coal cease, coal break and unsmooth flow of coal , operators are able to timely know the state of pipes and take corresponding actions, making sure steady operation of the PCI system. Moreover, the technology has been applied to the PCI system for blast furnaces Nos. 1 and 4.
