摘要
根据现场测温数据和工艺操作要求,建立了全流程温度制度。为了实现全流程钢水温度的控制,分别在温度的测量、调节以及生产节奏的配合等方面采取了一些有效措施,避免了由于各工序生产周期不谐调而导致的温降,取得了降低出钢温度、稳定浇铸温度的效果。
Temperature control system throughout entire process has been established in accordance with data measured on site and requirements for operation. In order to realize the entire process temperature control, some measurements have been taken effectively on temperature measurement and its adjustment as appropriate production schedules so as to avoid temperature drop due to inharmonions process frequencies. As a result,tapping temperature has been lowed and casting temperature has been stabilized.
