摘要
目的探讨社区精神分裂症患者的治疗依从性的相关因素。方法对96例随机抽取的社区精神分裂症患者进行评估,比较依从好组(n=51)和依从性差组(n=45)差异,并进行Logistics回归分析。结果两组患者药物治疗副作用、疗效、监护人的受教育水平有统计学意义(P<0.01),Logistic回归分析显示副作用、治疗疗效以及监护人的文化程度与患者治疗依从性相关。结论社区精神分裂症依从性差患者副作用更多,疗效更差,监护人文化程度较低,副作用、疗效以及监护人受教育水平与服药依从性相关。
Objective To explore the related factors of the compliance in community schizophrenia patients. Methods Ninetysix community schizophrenia patients were chosen randomly and investigated. The compliance of patients was studied. Comparing 51 patients in the c compliance group and 45 patients in the non-compliance group were observed. Logistic regression analysis was used to find out the related factors of the compliance. Results There were significant differenceof side effect, poor curative effect, and education degree of the guardian between the two groups （ P ≤0. 01 ）, Logistic regression analysis indicated that the side effect, curative effect and education degree of the guardians were related with the compliance of patients. Conclusions More side effect, poor curative effect, and poor education of the guardian occurred in the non-compliance community schizophrenia group, compared with the compliance group, the side effect, curative effect and education degree of guardians were related with the compliance of community schizophrenia patients.
