摘要
目的探讨精神分裂症患者服药依从性与家庭环境的相关性分析。方法回顾性分析2015年4月~2016年4月在我院精神内科治疗的160例精神分裂症患者的临床资料,采用家庭环境量表中文版（FES-CV）、我院自制服药依从性量表以及世界卫生组织制定的残疾评定量表（WHO DASⅡ）对患者的家庭功能、服药依从性以及精神残疾状况进行分析,以及评估服药依从性与家庭环境的关系。结果家庭功能得分（20.05±8.82）分,精神残疾程度得分（83.62±14.39）分,服药依从性得分（81.58±14.84）分,有49.38%的患者有不按时服药的情况;患者的家庭环境各维度与常模相比差异显著（P〈0.05）;服药依从性与家庭环境中的矛盾性维度呈负相关（P〈0.05）,而与亲密性、知识性、组织性维度呈正相关（P〈0.05）;家庭干预后的服药依从性明显优于家庭干预前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论精神分裂症患者服药依从性与家庭环境有显著关系,临床应加强对家庭干预的指导,积极的家庭干预能有效改善患者服药依从性。
Objective To explore the correlation of medication compliance and family environment of schizophrenic patients. Methods The clinical data of 160 cases of schizophrenic patients cured in mental Internal Medicine of our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. Family environment scale Chinese version（FES-CV）, self made medication compliance scale, Disability Rating Scale developed by WHO（DAS WHO II） were used to analyze the family functioning, medication compliance, and psychiatric disability status of the patients, and to evaluate the relationship between medication compliance and family environment. Results Family function score was（20.05±8.82）. Score of the degree of mental disability was（83.62±14.39）. Medication compliance score was（81.58±14.84）. 49.38% of patients were not on time to take medication. The family environment of the patients was significantly different from the norm（P〈0.05）. The medication compliance was negatively correlated with the contradictory dimensions in the family environment（P〈0.05）. Medication compliance was positively correlated with intimacy, knowledge, and organizational dimensions（P〈0.05）. The medication compliance of the family intervention was significantly better than that before the family intervention, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion There is a significant relationship between medication adherence and family environment in schizophrenic patients. Family intervention should be strengthened in clinical practice. Positive family intervention can effectively improve the patient＇s medication compliance.
