摘要
本文对Al2 O3基陶瓷材料 /4 5 #钢摩擦副的摩擦系数与 45 #钢 /4 5 #钢的摩擦系数作了对比滑动摩擦试验研究 ,观测分析了Al2 O3基陶瓷材料磨痕形貌 ,并就干摩擦、油润滑状态下Al2 O3基陶瓷材料的磨损机理进行了分析。结果表明 :分别在干摩擦和 2 0 #机油润滑下 ,Al2 O3基陶瓷材料 /4 5 #钢的摩擦系数均比 45 #钢自配副时的低。在干摩擦条件下 ,Al2 O3基陶瓷材料的磨损机理是脆性微剥落和磨粒磨损 ,油润滑条件下 ,该材料的磨损机理是脆性脱落和耕犁 ,但磨损量小于干摩擦条件下的磨损量 ,说明油润滑对Al2 O3基陶瓷材料有明显的减磨作用。
In this paper,the friction coefficient of the friction pairs of Al 2O 3 matrix ceramic /45 # steel during rolling friction experiments were studied,and the worn trace's micrographs of Al 2O 3 matrix ceramic were observed and analyzed,and the wear mechanism of Al 2O 3 matrix ceramic in dry friction and oil lubriction were analyzed.The result showed both in dry friction and oil lubrication,the friction coefficient of Al 2O 3 matrix ceramic /45 # steel were lower than 45 # steel /45 # steel.In the condition of dry friction,the mechanism of Al 2O 3 matrix ceramic was brittle spalling and abrasive wear,but in oil lubricaion,it was brittle microfracture and ploughing.
