摘要
介绍了一种经1500℃烧结研制的Al2O3基陶瓷材料。采用EDS、XRD、SEM等手段分析了助烧剂的成分及Al2O3基陶瓷的相结构,讨论了Al2O3基陶瓷的烧结机理和部分性能。结果表明,由于助烧剂的作用,在较低烧结温度下烧结的Al2O3基陶瓷具有较优良的机械性能,并具有优异的尺寸稳定性能,在复杂形状陶瓷构件制造上意义重大。
A Al_2O_3 matrix ceramics sintered at 1500℃ is introdliced in this paper. Compositionof sintering agent and phase constitution is analyzed by EDS, XRD and SEM etc., the sinteringmachanism and some properties of Al2O3 matrix ceradrics is discussed as well. Because of thesintering agent, the Al2O3 matrix ceradrics sintered at a lower temperature has better machanicalporperties and excellent dimensional stability. All these are significant in producing ceramiccomponents in complex shapes.
