摘要
针对汽车用发电机NVH性能测试要求,建立专用的声学实验室,该实验室由声学测试间和控制间组成,由声学隔墙隔开。参照GB/T 3767-1996《声学声压法测定噪声源声功率级反射面上方近似自由场的工程法》及相关企业测试要求进行设计,建成后通过中国测试技术研究院鉴定,各项指标达到设计要求。介绍该实验室的设计方法及鉴定结果。
Aiming at the requirement of NVH performance test of vehicle alternators, a special acoustics laboratory was built. This laboratory was divided into test room and control room by an acoustic wall. It was designed in the light of GB/T 3767-1996 "Acoustics-Determination of sound power levels of noise sources using sound pressure-Engineering method in an essentially free field over a reflecting plane" and the test requirements of relevant enterprises. After the completion of the laboratory, it passed the appraisal of National Institute of Measurement and Testing Technology, and its respective indicators met the design requirements.
