摘要
为了确定车用发电机在低速段36阶次噪声来源,采用不同的励磁方式对发电机噪声进行测试分析。结果表明,36阶次噪声不是电枢噪声,而是电磁噪声,其对发电机总声压级贡献最大,并随着转速上升而增大,励磁电压的减小而降低。该研究工作确定了36阶次噪声的来源,为下一步电机噪声控制指明了方向。
In order to determine the source of 36 order noise of an automotive alternator at low speed, using differentexcitation modes were used to test and analyze for alternator noise. The results show that 36 order noise is not the armaturenoise, but the electromagnetic noise, which is the largest contribution to the total sound pressure, and rises as the speed increases, reducing the excitation voltage is reduced. The study identifies the source of 36 order noise and specifies the directionfor further alternator noise control.
