基于GT-Power的车载发电机噪声试验台消声箱优化设计

摘要 分析了车载发电机噪声试验台消声箱的设计要求,通过计算确定了消声箱的基本参数。运用GT-Power软件建立原消声箱耦合仿真模型,得到原消声箱在各频率段的传递损失。论证了原消声箱结构及消声性能改进的必要性。分别采取2种方案对消声箱结构进行改进,并对2种方案的改进效果进行了比较,得到了最优的方案,提高了消声箱的消声效果。 Firstly, the design requirements of the anechoic box portable generator noise test-bed were analyzed, and the basic parameters of the anechoic box were determined by calculating. Then, the o- riginal muffler model was built by using the GT-Power coupling simulation software, getting the trans- mission loss of the original muffler model in each frequency and demonstrating the necessity of im- provement of the structure and the muffler performance of the original anechoic box. Two schemes were adopted respectively to improve the structure of the anechoic box. The results shows that the muffler performance has been improved a lot by scheme one; however, although scheme two brings some improvements, the improvement of it is not as obvious as that of scheme one.
