摘要 在分层优化方案的框架和以前分析的基础上 ,研究了影响蓝光产生和亮度的因素 ,比如 :谷间散射 ,激发中心的离化 ,分层优化的级联 ,以CdS做初电子源及硫空位的影响等 . In the frame of layered optimization and based on the previous analysis, factors influencing the occurrence and brightness of blue emission such as intervalley scattering ionization of excited centers, serial structure of layered optimization, role of CdS in providing primary electrons and influence of sulfur vacancies were investigated.
