摘要
目前的共聚焦显微技术在临床中得到了应用,共聚焦显微探头可以为医生提供1000倍以上的显微放大,为医生提供微观结构的诊断依据,共聚焦显微技术的优点是可以在活体细胞进行活检诊断,省略了取活检和送活检的程序,大大节约了诊断的时间。硬质共聚焦显微支气管镜系统将共聚焦显微技术和现有的硬质支气管相结合,可通过调焦获得病变部位不同深度层次的图像。通过计算机分析和模拟获得细胞的三维立体结构及监测活细胞内动态生理反应,可对肉眼所不能见的微小病变进行诊断。此项设计已获得国家专利,专利号为:ZL201020537684.6。
The confocal-microscopic technology has been widely used in clinical practice. The structure observed can be magnified 1000 times by the confocal-mieroseopic probe, which helps doctors make a diagnosis. The advantage of confocal-microscopic technology is that doctors can conduct a biopsy in the living cells, which abridges the procedure of the routine procedures of biopsy and saves much time on diagnosis. The hard confocal-microscopic bronchoscope system combined the technology of existing bronchoscopes and confocal-microscopy, which allowed doctors to obtain images of different layers of diseased regions by focalizing. By the analysis and simulation of computer, doctors could also obtain the 3D images of cells, inspect the endocellular dynamic physiological reactions and make a diagnosis of invisible minute lesions. The design has been granted the Chinese national patent (The patent number is ZL201020537684.6).
