硬质多通道电子支气管镜系统的设计

摘要 目前对于儿童或气道狭窄者而言,纤维支气管镜因在操作时占据一定的气道,减少通气面积,可能会影响患者的通气功能甚至威胁其生命安全。硬质支气管镜则可维持一定的气体通道,保证治疗过程的通气和安全。此项设计包括硬质电子支气管镜及与其连接的摄像主机、冷光源主机及监视器,该系统能将供氧、吸痰、诊断和治疗同时进行,大大缩短所需手术时间,减轻患者的痛苦,有效地提高了手术准确率和安全性,在一定程度上弥补了现有技术的不足之处。此项设计已获国家专利,专利号为:ZL201020537694.X。 For the kids or airway-stenosis patients,bronchoscope may impair the ventilatory functions or even threaten their lives due to the occupation of certain parts of the airway.Instead,a hard bronchoscope can keep the airway clear,thus it ensures the ventilation and safety in operation.The design presented in this paper includes a hard bronchoscope and the camera host machine connected with it,a cold-light source host machine and a monitor.This system can perform oxygen supply,aspiration of sputum,diagnosis and cure at the same time,which effectively improves the accuracy and security of operations and makes up the technical deficiency to a certain degree.This design has been granted the Chinese national patent(the patent number is ZL201020537694.X).
