摘要
针对传统钢丝圈基片卷取成型机的机械结构复杂,位置控制精度低的缺点,提出一种卷取主轴与成型轴独立驱动的新型控制模式。新系统采用高精度伺服成型,通过PLC和触摸屏程序设计,实现了卷取成型参数的柔性化调整。阐述了卷取、成型控制系统的工作原理,硬件实现及软件设计方法,完成了系统的设计,通过工程实践证明该设计具有控制精度高,稳定可靠的优点。
A new control method, based on the rewinding shaft and forming shaft separately droved, was proposed to solve the shortcomings such as complicated mechanical structures and poor position control of the traditional rewinding and forming machine for the laminate of spinning traveler. The new system adopts high precision servo forming, and realizes the flexible adjustment of the rewinding and forming parameters by the programming of PLC and touch screen. The operation principle of rewinding and forming control system, the hardware realization and the software design were introduced. The high control accuracy and reliability of the system is proved through engineering practice.
