摘要
针对传统光纤着色生产线卷绕-排线控制系统存在的不足,介绍一种采用高精度交流伺服传动与变频调速相结合的高精度卷绕-排线新型控制系统。系统通过PLC编程软件和人-机界面参数设置,可保证卷取-排线两轴同步驱动和工艺参数的柔性化调整。在分析光纤着色生产工艺基础上,阐述了卷绕排线控制系统的工作原理,硬件实现及软件编程方法。新系统实际运行在2 200 r/min的高速恒张力卷取条件下,排线控制精度小于0.4μm。
Aiming at the disadvantages on rewinding and ranging dyed-fiber in traditional production, a no- vel rewinding control system with precise formed fibers was introduced. The proposed system is built up by a set of AC servo motor and its driver to actualize the high precise position control, a PLC as the main controller and a LCD display used in man-machine interface. The control system make the two movements between re- winding and arranging the dyed-fibers keep synchronization instantly and the process parameters be flexibly changed by programmable control software without replaying or modulating any mechanical parts. Based on analyzing dyed-fiber production process, the operation principle and the hardware construction as well as the programmed control software of the proposed control system were described respectively. The practical applied results have shown the new control system is provided with the advantages such as the control precision of less than 0.4 μm under the condition of Max. 2 200 r/min rewinding speed with constant tension.
