摘要
针对LLM-105传统合成方法存在工艺复杂、安全隐患较大、最终产品不纯等问题,对以亚氨基二乙腈、叔丁基次氯酸为主要原料,3,5-二氨基-1-氧吡嗪(DAPO)为反应中间体的合成新工艺进行介绍,并对叔丁基次氯酸合成及亚氨基二乙腈的取代过程进行详细的实验研究,确定了最佳反应条件;采用红外光谱及液相色谱对产物进行表征及纯度分析,分析表明合成得到叔丁基次氯酸及亚氨基二乙腈氯代衍生物,叔丁基次氯酸的纯度超过70%,亚氨基二乙腈氯代衍生物的纯度为97%。
The traditional synthesis of LLM- 105 has many problems, such as complicated process, the existence of hidden danger and poor product purity. Aimed at the problems, a new synthesis process which use tert-butylhyprochloride and iminodiacetonitrile as main material, and DAPO as intermediate, was introduced. The synthesis of tert-butylhyprochloride and replacement of iminodiacetonitrile were studied by experiment, and the optimum reaction conditions were determined. The FTIR spectrum and liquid chromatogram were adopted for product characterization and purity determination. It showed that the purity of tert-butylhyprochloride was over 70%, and that of N-chloro-bis(cyanomethy) amine was 97%.
