摘要
医学技术发展所导致的冲突与困境是当代医学人文学研究的主题之一,人类学的田野研究方法为探究临床境遇中的社会文化问题提供了一条新路径。以在某医院重症监护室的田野工作为基础,从身份的困境、象征、变换和认同等四个方面对身份问题进行了集中反思。
The conflicts and dilemmas caused by the development of medical technology are significant issues in medical hu- manities. The fieldwork method provides one newly approach to investigate the social and cultural problems. Based on the fieldwork in one ICU, this paper reflects the identity problem of fieldworker from four aspects; those are identity dilemma, identity symbol, identity shift and identity itself.
