摘要
对磨煤机料位检测装置更换为适应磨煤机工作特性的YCCH微差压测量装置,以此为基础对DCS负荷料位控制组态进行优化,具体优化方案为"用机组负荷指令作为料位控制调节器的前馈,来超前调节给煤机的转速",并给出了改进后负荷料位控制的良好效果。
In order to solve the problem load control restricted by coal level in mills, YCCH device by the measure way of different pressure was applied. And on this basis, the logical control configuration about load and coal level was optimized.The specific optimization was that unit load command as feed-forward of coal level control regulator was configured in DCS to control the speed of coal feeders. Also good effects by this optimization were given.
