摘要
直流炉由于蓄热能力小,使其一次调频能力受到限制。针对华能南京电厂1、2号直流炉机组,在详细测试和分析直流炉机组动态特性的基础上,通过仿真比较,确定了直流炉机组一次调频的控制策略。实际运行表明,改进后的一次调频控制系统有效地协调了直流炉和汽轮机间的能量平衡,使在由于一次调频引起机组功率快速升、降的过程中仍能维持较好的机前压力,确保了一次调频控制系统的长期、稳定投入。
Since once-through boiler has only a small heat storage capacity,its primary frequency regulation capability is limited.On the basis of testing and analyzing the dynamic characteristics of No.1and No.2boiler units in detail in Huaneng Nanjing Power Plant ,through simulation comparison,an appropriate control strategy for the primary frequency regulation of once-through boiler unit was proposed in this paper.The practical running results showed that this improved primary frequency regulation control system could effectively keep the energy balance between once-through boiler and steam turbine.Hence in the process of promptly increasing or decreasing the unit's load under the action of primary frequency regulation control system,the throttle pressure before the steam turbine could be maintained in the safe range,thus ensuring the long-time stable operation of primary frequency regulation control system.
