摘要
目的探讨延续护理对高血压患者自我护理能力和健康行为的影响。方法选择100例高血压患者,采用随机数余数法分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。患者出院后,对照组采用传统门诊随访模式,观察组采用延续护理随访模式。比较出院前后两组患者高血压防治知识、自我护理能力和健康行为情况的差异。结果出院前后对照组患者高血压防治知识、自我护理能力和健康行为,其组间和组内比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;观察组患者除了高血压防治知识外,自我护理能力和健康行为比较,均P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论 延续护理有助于提高高血压出院患者防治知识,同时巩固了患者的自我护理能力和健康行为。
Objective To explore the effects of extended nursing care on the self-care ability and health behaviors of hypertensive patients. Methods 100 hypertensive inpatients were randomly divided evenly into observation group and control group. The observation group received extended care system follow-up mode after discharge, while the control group the conventional out-patient follow-up mode. The two groups were compared regarding hypertension preventing knowledge, self-care ability and health behavior. Results In the control group, there were no significant differences between pre- and post- performance of conventional out-patient follow-up mode (P 〉 0.05 ), while in the observation group, there was significantly increases in hypertension preventing knowledge, self-care ability and health behavior after application of extended care system (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Extended care can help to improve the prevention and treatment knowledge of hypertension, strengthen their self-care ability and health behaviors of patients.
