摘要
目的检测PIK3CB、Akt及p-Akt在增殖期子宫内膜、子宫内膜非典型增生和子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达,探讨它们在子宫内膜癌发生、发展中的作用。方法应用免疫组化SP法和Western blot检测PIK3CB、Akt及p-Akt在不同子宫内膜组织中的表达情况。结果 PIK3CB、Akt及p-Akt在子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达水平均高于子宫内膜非典型增生和增殖期子宫内膜组织(P<0.05)。PIK3CB的表达与子宫内膜癌的临床分期和病理学分级无关。Akt及p-Akt在不同病理学分级子宫内膜癌组织中表达的差异有统计学意义,但与临床分期无关。结论 PI3K/Akt信号转导通路在子宫内膜癌发生、发展中发挥着重要作用,针对PI3K/Akt信号转导通路的干预可能为子宫内膜癌的预防及治疗提供新的靶点。
Objective To investigate the expressions of PIK3CB, Akt and p-Akt in endometrial carcinoma and their clinical significance. Methods The expressions of PIK3CB, Akt and p-Akt proteins in endometrial carcinoma were determined using immunohistochemical methods of S-P and Western blot, and their clinical significance was evaluated. Results The expression levels of PIK3CB, Akt and p-Akt in endometrial carcinoma were obviously higher than those in normal proliferative-phase endometrium and atypical endometrial hyperplasia, and there were significant differences (P 〈 0.05 ). In endometrial carcinoms of different clinical stages and histological types, there was no difference of the PIK3CB expression . In endometrial carcinoma, the expressions of Akt and p-Akt correlated with histological types, but did not correlate with clinical stages. Conclusion PI3K/Akt pathway may be involved in the occurrence and development of endometrial earcinonm, and can be treated as a new target for preventing and treating ednometrial carcinoma.
