摘要
目的建立偏瘫康复液中士的宁和马钱子碱的含量测定方法,为其质量控制提供参考。方法采用高效液相色谱法,采用Diamonsil ODS C1(8250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(11:89,三乙胺调pH值为2.8),流速:1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为260 nm,柱温为室温。结果士的宁在28~280μg.mL-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为97.34%,RSD为2.07%;马钱子碱在24~240μg.mL-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为98.25%,RSD为1.95%。结论该方法能简便、灵敏、准确的测定偏瘫康复液中士的宁和马钱子碱的含量,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of brucine and strychnine in Piantan Kangfu Oral Liquid, thus to provide a scientific basis for its quality control. Methods HPLC method was used. The analysis was performed with Diamonsil ODS C18(250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm column at room temperature. The mobile phase consist- ed of acetonitrile-water containing 0.1% phosphorous acid(adding triehylamine to adjust pH to 2.8), the ratio being 11 : 89. The flow rate was 1 mL·min^-1. The wavelength of detector was 260nm. Results The standard curve was linear in the range of 28-280 μg·mL^-1 for brucine, and the average recovery rate was 97.34 % with RSD being 2.07 %. The standard curve was linear in the range of 24-240 μg·mL^-l for stychnine, and the average recovery rate was 98.25 % with RSD being 1.95 %. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and accurate for the determination of brucine and strychnine in Piantan Kangfu Oral Liquid, and is suitable for the quality control of Piantan Kangfu Oral Liquid.
