摘要
目的建立十三味马钱子丸中士的宁含量的测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,C18ODS色谱柱,甲醇-0.01mol/L磷酸二氢钾(用10%磷酸调pH至2.5)(25:75)为流动相;流速为1.0ml/min;检测波长为254nm。结果士的宁进样量在0.104~2.08μg范围内线性良好,方法平均回收率为100.1%,RSD为1.18%(n=6)。结论建立了的HPLC法可作为十三味马钱子丸质量控制方法。
Objective: To develope a method for determining strychine in Shisanwei Maqianzi Wan. Methods: The ODS C18 column was used. The mobile phase was methanol-0.01mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (adjusted pH to 2.5 with phosphoric acid)(25:75). The flow rate was 1.0ml/min. The detective wavelength was 254nm.
