摘要
目的建立综合绩效考核指标体系,促进医院博士生导师队伍的建设。方法运用DELPHI法、文献研究法、问卷调查法等定性和定量相结合的方法。结果根据研究结果,建立三个维度、19个指标的医学博士生导师绩效考核体系。结论为保证博士生导师队伍质量,医院应从导师个人素质、教学指导能力、科研能力三方面进行综合考核。
Objective To develop a comprehensive performance indicator system and improve doctorial training in Hospitals; Methods Literature Review, DELPHI method, questionnaires are used. Results A com- prehensive performance indicator system with 3 dimensions and 19 indicators is established ; Conclusions In order to ensure the quality of doetorial training, hospitals should evaluate doctorial tutors in terms of personal back- ground, capacity in doctorial training and research performance.
