摘要
随着经济社会的发展,民众的保健意识不断增强,健康需求日见凸显。疗养院在功能与定位、目标与任务、服务对象与模式等方面均应适应这种变化。本文阐述现代化疗养院的战略定位和基本内涵,提出建设现代化疗养院必须创新管理机制、转变发展方式,全面提升综合管理效能。
With the development of economy and society, people＇s consciousness of health care has been strengthened, and their demands for health have been increasingly prominent. Sanatoriums have to accommodate themselves to the changes in function and orientation, objectives and missions, service objects and model and other aspects. The article explains the strategic orientation and fundamental connotations of modernized sanatoriums. It also suggests that the modernized sanatoriums innovate the administrative mechanism, transform development modes, and comprehensively improve the efficiency of comprehensive management.
