摘要
目的:为提升我院的服务水平,对我院近年门诊医疗服务运用PDCA循环管理法对门诊医疗服务持续性改进方法进行研究,可有效减轻医疗负担,提高门诊医疗的质量和效益。方法运用PDCA循环中的基本原理、阶段和步骤,面向过程的方法模块适用于门诊医疗服务持续性改进。结果门诊医疗服务达到'服务好、质量好、医德好、群众满意'。结论应用PDCA循环作为管理的一种手段,提升门诊医疗服务水平。
Objective To improve the level of service in our hospital,using the application of PDCA circular administration method study the continuous improvement in outpatient medical service in recent years,it Can ef ectively reduce the medical burden and improve the quality and ef iciency of outpatient medical.Methods Using the the basic principles,steps and stages of application of PDCA circular administration method improve the level of service in our hospital.Results Outpatient medical service achieve'good service,good quality,good medical ethics,the satisfaction of the masses'.Conclusion Application of PDCA cycle as a means of management,improve medical service level.
