摘要
本文旨在探讨研究型医院资源结构的特征,为研究型医院可持续发展提供理论依据。研究基于"二类卫生资源配置理论"与循证决策(1+n)模型体系("模拟试验厅")支持平台,采用系统动力学建模思想和方法,构建研究型医院资源结构模型,并以此模型为"政策试验厅"进行模拟干预与试验,获得研究型医院的资源结构、技术效率及内生性资源配置等基本结论。
To explore features of the resources structure of research - based hospital and provide the basis theory for sustainable development of the hospital, based on the theory of ＂health resources allocation theory＂, evidence- informed policy- making （1 ＋ n） model system （＂ simulation test hall＂） and the system dynamics modeling methods, research -based hospital resources structure model was constructed. ＂Simulation test hall＂ was applied for experimental intervention to get the resources structure of research hospital based on the model. Finally some basic conclusions were got about the technical efficiency and endogenous resources allocation of research - based hospital.
