摘要
疗养院在"疗治结合"的道路上探索实践近20年。一是通过管理创新,全方位整合资源,夯实疗治结合发展的基础,实现疗医协同发展;二是加快人才队伍和加强学科建设,丰富疗治结合发展的内涵;三是创新优化服务模式,提高工作效率和卫勤保障能力。"疗治结合"走独具特色的疗治结合发展之路,为新时期军队疗养院的建设发展提供经验。
About 20 years practices were intorduced of integrating recuperation with treatment as following： Firstly, reform the management system and integrate the resources to provide the foundation of the development of integrating recuperation with treatment and achieve the collaborative development of sanatorium and hospital; Secondly, speed up the talents and discipline construction, and enrich the contents of integrating recuperation with treatment ; Thirdly, innovate and optimize the service mode to improve the efficiency and ability of medical support. This special development road of integrating recuperation with treatment will provide the references for the construc- tion and development of military sanatorium in the new period.
