摘要
本文介绍了一种新型建筑玻璃光学特性检测系统,它是利用光在不同介质里传播衰减不同的原理设计的、利用透光率监测玻璃镀膜质量的在线测试系统,此系统可用于各种厚度玻璃镀膜光学质量的检测,且能在线连续工作,不受外界光和温漂的影响。
In this paper, the detecting instrument and signal processing system for coatings glass on-line is presented. The instrument is made by means of the photo-optics theory, The system's advantages for measurement include inherent immunity to interference such as environments light, vibration, temperature. The measure range is 0-100%. The precision is 1%. The resolution is 0.1%.
