摘要
对镀膜玻璃的瑕疵在线检测系统进行了整体设计,对镀膜玻璃瑕疵的光学性能进行了分析,并对光学系统进行了设计和研究,并用面阵CCD采集了在光照下的带有瑕疵的镀膜玻璃图像进行实验论证,为镀膜玻璃的在线实时检测系统做了实验基础。
An integral design of coated glass defection on-line inspection system is proposed in thispaper, and the optical properties of the defection are analyzed, on the basis of which theoptical system is developed. To testify the system, images of coated glass with defectionare captured with area CCD under illumination, which facilitates real-time on-line inspectionof coated glass with experimental basis.
