摘要
浮法玻璃工艺是世界上最先进的平板玻璃制造工艺,但由于种种原因,浮法玻璃的生产过程中还会出现气泡、锡点等各种缺陷。为了给玻璃原片进行质量分等,需要对原片的缺陷进行检测。随着浮法生产线的改进,人工进行缺陷检测的方法已经不可行,这就要求装备在线处理系统。DSP是现代自动化技术发展的重要成果,通过实验表明,线扫描摄像机配合DSP及专用软件可以很好地完成玻璃在线检测。
Float glass technology is the most advanced technology in making flat glass in the world. But some defects may occur during production processes for some reasons,such as tin - dots and bubbles. In order to carries on the quality classification for the glass prototype, we need detect the multiple defects on glass. With the improvement of float glass product line, it is not feasible for people to detect the defects by hand. This request equips online processing system. DSP is a major achievement of modern automation technology development,it is proved by experlment：line- scan camera with DSP can finish glass defect detection.
