龙虾心脏神经节模型的动力学分析

摘要 通过对龙虾心脏神经节模型的研究,从非线性动力学角度对模型所产生的簇发放做了详细的分析,讨论了不同电生理参数条件下,模型簇发放中所蕴含着的丰富的动力学性质,如:峰峰间距(InterSpike Intervals,ISIs)的加周期分岔和倍周期分岔等.通过模型分析结果可进一步理解龙虾心脏神经节动作电位簇发放中所蕴含的丰富的发放模式和节律编码. From the study of the cardiac ganglion of the lobster model, this paper made a detailed analysis on the complex bursting produced in it from the perspective of nonlinear dynamics. By discussing the roles of electro-physiological parameters under different cases, the rich dynamical properties are contained in the complex bursting of the cardiac ganglion of the lobster model, such as the InterSpike Intervals (ISis) is period adding bifurcation and period doubling bifurcation. From the model results, we can get a further understanding of the rich firing patterns and rhythm coding, which are contained in the burst firing of the cardiac ganglion of the lobster.
