摘要 为了从神经生理学角度更好地解释混沌控制的疾病控制治疗内在本质,实验在MATLAB/SIMULINK环境下,使用Chay模型建立了合乎以上原理的神经元动态仿真模型,在验证模型正确的基础上通过叠加不同的刺激,观察神经元动作电位的动态变化及其混沌表达。实验结果表明,内外不同的刺激对于神经系统有较大的影响,提示混沌控制在疾病控制研究中的重要性和可行性。 Chaos control-based disease control has become a new direction for medical research. Chaos control can improve the study of nervous system diseases. To explain the inherent characteristics of such treatment with neurophysiology, a neuron dynamic simulation model, based on the Chay model, was built with MATLAB/SIMULINK. Various stimulations were inserted to analyze the dynamic change of the neuron action potential and its chaos expression. The experimental results show that different internal and external stimulations to the nervous system have great influence on membrane potential and chaos expression, indicating the importance and feasibility of chaos control in disease control.
