摘要
以香菇为材料,在袋料栽培条件下,添加不同浓度的壳聚糖研究香菇的生长代谢。结果表明,壳聚糖浓度为100和500 mg.kg-1时,栽培料中菌丝生长速度最快,长势浓密,与对照组有极显著差异;菌丝羧甲基纤维素酶(CMC酶)、滤纸纤维素酶(FP酶)、淀粉酶、愈创木酚过氧化物酶(POD酶)、过氧化物酶同工酶活力,在菌丝快速生长期均达到最大值,且明显高于对照。可选择壳聚糖浓度为100和500 mg.kg-1作为香菇栽培生产中固体栽培料中添加的最佳浓度。
Lentinula edodes was used as the material to investigate the effect of chitosan on its growth and metabolism under bag cultivation.The results showed that when the chitosan concentration was 100 and 500 mg·kg-1,the mycelium grew fast and thickly,and showed significant difference from the control.The activities of CMC enzyme,FP enzyme,amylase,POD enzyme and peroxidase isozyme were the highest in the rapid growing period of the mycelium,and showed significant differences compared with the control.The concentration of 100 and 500 mg·kg-1 of chitosan were the best concentrations for the bag cultivation of Lentinula edodes.
