摘要
探讨影响精梳机梳理效果的因素及改进途径。从锡林、顶梳和小卷自清洁几个方面分析并阐述了影响精梳机梳理效果的主要因素及改进途径。指出:嵌入式精梳锡林具有较强的适纺性能,有利于保持锡林梳针良好状态;新型精梳机主要应根据纤维长度合理设定弓形板定位;应合理选用顶梳密度、采用齿片式顶梳针,以提高顶梳效果;可通过给棉罗拉前移、合理设定小卷定量、综合考虑精梳及成纱质量、调节分离搭接刻度等途径,发挥小卷的自清洁作用。认为:提高精梳机梳理效果,应全方位考虑生产流程中各种工艺参数对精梳条及成纱质量的影响,注意避免盲目性,才能取得较好的效果。
Factors of influencing comber carding effect and the modification were discussed. The main factors and modifications were introduced and analyzed from aspects of cylinder, top comb and lap self-cleaning. It is pointed out that spinning performance of embedded comber cylinder is stronger, cylinder comb status can be kept well. Bow plate setting of new comber should be adjusted rationally according to fiber length. Top comb density should be selected rationally,teeth-like top comb should be adopted to improve its effect. Lap self-cleaning effect can be used some methods, such as putting forward feed roller, setting lap weight per unit rationally, considering combing and yarn quality compre- hensively, adjusting overlap in piecing. It is considered that in order to improve comber effect, influences of each parameter on combed sliver and yarn should be considered fully, blindness should be avoided and the better effect can be got.
