摘要
探讨精梳机梳理元件与成纱质量的关系。分析了精梳机梳理元件的技术特点,并进行了不同型号、不同规格锡林前区齿条密度、锡林总梳理点、锡林梳理隔距等项目的成纱质量对比试验。结果表明:精梳梳理效果与锡林的针齿密度、角度、针齿排列和顶梳密度等因素有关。同时,指出采用大齿面角或超大齿面角锡林与增加锡林梳理点有同样的效果。认为:在有足够容纤空间的前提下,尽可能增加锡林总梳理点、增加前梳理区的齿条密度,精细化梳理,有利于清除细小棉结,降低成纱常发纱疵IPI值。
The relationship between comber carding components and yarn quality was discussed. The technol- ogy characteristics of comber carding components were analyzed. The comparison test of yarn quality spun by dif- ferent types,and specifications tooth density in front area of cylinder, total carding numbers of cylinder, carding gauge of cylinder and so on were done. The results show that the combing carding effect is related with tooth den- sity,angle, tooth arrangement in cylinder and top comb density and so on. Meanwhile,it is pointed out that adop- ting larger wire face angle or super large wire face angle of cylinder has the same effect of enhancing the carding number of cylinder. It is considered that the total carding number of cylinder and tooth density in front of carding area should be increased as much as possible which is beneficial to remove tiny neps and reduce the common yarn defect IPI value during yarn spinning.
