摘要
针对循环流化床(CFB)锅炉复杂的燃烧、传热和流动过程,提出了以煤量为主调节汽包压力与以风量控制床温相结合的解耦控制,并采用预测专家控制和变幅值、变时间快速修正回路的协调控制策略。在135MW CFB机组的应用表明,稳态和动态时的机组目标负荷指令、机组实际负荷指令、机组实际负荷、机前压力、机前压力指令、汽包压力、总燃料量和总风量等主要参数均较平稳,较好地解决了过程复杂对象的非线性、多变量、时变性和大迟延性等问题。
Directing against the complex process in combustion, heat transfer, and flow, a decoupling control taking the coal quantity as the main to regulate the pressure in boiler drum and using the air quantity to control the bed temperature has been put forward, and the coordinated control strategy with prediction specialist control and with rapid correct circuit of variable amplitude and variable time being adopted. The application of said control on one CFB boiler of 135 MW unit shows that the main parameters of said unit, such as the actual load command of unit, the actual load of unit, the pressure before unit,the pressure command before unit,the pressure in boiler drum,the total fuel quantity,and the total air quantity etc. , all are more stable during the time of static and dynamic state. The problems of non- linearity, multi - variable, and time - varying behavior, and large retardation of objects with complex process having been better resolved.
