摘要
以八乙烯基倍半硅氧烷(OvPOSS)为原料,过氧乙酸为氧化剂,采用官能团衍生法制备了环氧基倍半硅氧烷(epoxy-POSS)。讨论了过氧化氢浓度、反应时间、反应温度、酸体积比对OvPOSS环氧化程度的影响。结果表明,当酸体积比CH3COOH∶H2O2=0.5∶1,反应温度60℃,回流反应12h,OvPOSS上参加反应的乙烯基平均数为4,并用FT-IR、NMR对产物结构进行了表征。
The epoxy-POSS was prepared using polyhedral octavinyl sesquisiloxane(OvPOSS)as raw material by ep- oxidation reaction with peracetic acid. The effects of concentration of hydrogen peroxide, reaction time, reaction temperature and the volume ratio of peracetic acid to epoxy substitutes on polyhedral octavinylsil sesquioxane(OvPOSS)were investiga- ted. The result indicated that when CH3COOH : H202 = 0. 5 : 1,60℃, 12h, the average number of epoxy groups on OvPOSS was 4. The products were characterized by means of FTIR and NMR.
