摘要
本文报告8例慢性酒精中毒性脑病患者的护理经验。通过对病情观察、癫痫发作前后、用药安全、饮食、心理和健康教育等护理措施,7例患者好转出院,1例因合并肺部感染、肾衰、心衰死亡。随访1年半,5例戒酒成功,2例间有少量饮酒。
This paper reports the experience of nursing for eight patients with encephalopathy induced by chronic alco- holism. The key points were closing observation, epileptic seizure nursing, medications nursing, safety nursing, dietary nursing, psychological care and health education. Seven patients recovered from disease. One patient died due to merger pulmonary infection, kidney failure and heart failure. Follow-up for one and a half years, five patients have succeeded in stopping drinking and the others sometimes drink some wine.
