摘要
目的以慢性酒精中毒患者为研究对象,分析脑电图的诊断价值。方法方便选择2015年10月—2019年10月在该院接受诊疗的70例慢性酒精中毒患者作观察组,将接受脑电图检查的健康体检者81名纳入参考组,为所有研究对象实施脑电图检查,分析脑电图检查临床诊断价值。结果观察组:轻度异常18例(25.71%),中度异常29例(41.43%),重度异常10例(17.78%),脑部异常总检出率达57例(81.43%),参考组轻度异常3例(3.70%),中度异常1例(1.23%),重度异常0例(0.00%),异常检出率达4例(4.94%),对比两组脑部患者异常率差异有统计学意义(χ2=37.129,P<0.05)。观察组脑电图检查共计检出57例脑部异常患者,5例患者以δ活动为主,α波解体;29例α活动减少,θ活动量明显增多;5例患者以α节律为主,θ活动少量增多;13例患者背景α波改变,α波频率显著减慢;5例失律性患者,主要表现为波形杂乱、低电压且不规律。随着患者饮酒时间不断延长,脑电图异常检出率也随之升高,患者饮酒年限与脑电图异常检出率呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑电图在慢性酒精中毒患者病情诊断中的应用价值较高,能够有效检出脑电图异常情况,可为临床疾病病情诊治及预后评估提供重要依据。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of EEG in patients with chronic alcoholism.Methods The 70 patients with chronic alcoholism who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital from October 2015 to October 2019 were convenient selected as the observation group,and 81 healthy examiners who received EEG examinations were included in the reference group,and EEG examinations were performed for all research objects,analyze the clinical diagnostic value of EEG.Results Observation group:18 cases of mild abnormalities(25.71%),29 cases of moderate abnormalities(41.43%),10 cases of severe abnormalities(17.78%),the total detection rate of brain abnormalities reached 57 cases(81.43%),the reference group was light there were 3 cases(3.70%)with moderate abnormalities,1 case with moderate abnormalities(1.23%),0 cases with severe abnormalities(0.00%),and the detection rate of abnormalities reached 4 cases(4.94%).There were differences in the abnormal rate between the two groups of brain patients,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=37.129,P<0.05).A total of 57 patients with brain abnormalities were detected in the observation group through EEG examination.5 patients had delta activity as the main cause and alpha wave disintegration;29 had a decrease in alpha activity and a significant increase inθactivity;5 patients had alpha rhythm as the main cause.Theta activity increased slightly;the background alpha wave in 13 patients changed,and the alpha wave frequency slowed down significantly;in 5 patients with arrhythmia,the main manifestations were disordered waveforms,low voltage and irregularities.With the continuous prolongation of patients'drinking time,the detection rate of abnormal EEG also increased.The number of years of drinking of patients was positively correlated with the detection rate of abnormal EEG,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion EEG has a high application value in the diagnosis of patients with chronic alcoholism.It can effectively detect abnormalities of EEG,and can pr
