摘要 目的探析全身扩散加权成像(WB-DWIBS)在恶性肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾我科2011年1月~2012年1月接受全身扩散加权成像的恶性肿瘤患者52例,同时选择各年龄段健康体检者15例作为对照组。结果WB-DWIBS与CT及MRI影像资料比较,CT与MRI所检到病灶均可在WB-DWIBS中明显显示,WB-DWIBS还检出CT及MRI未发现的新病灶15处;15例健康体检者均未发现明确肿瘤征象。结论 WB-DWIBS在早期诊断全身的恶性肿瘤方面具有较高的应用价值。 Objective To analyzed the application value of whole body weighted imaging (WB-DWIBS) in malignant tu- mor diagnosis. Methods Review 52 cases of patients in our department from January 2011 to January 2012,who was with the malignant tumor accepted the diffusion weighted whole body imaging. At the same time,select 15 cases healthy-check up patients in all ages as the control group. Results Compared with image material of CT and MRI, WB-DWIBS can not only be found lesions clearly as CT and MRI,but also detected 15 new lesions that CT and MRI can not be found. The 15 cases of healthy check-up patients were not found clear signs of tumor. Conclusion WB-DWIBS has a high value applica- tion in the early diagnosis of whole body malignant tumor.
