摘要
在"十二五"规划中,中央提出了大力促进中部地区崛起的战略。为了具体分析"十二五"期间中部地区面临的发展机遇,在数据实证分析的基础上,运用了理论归纳的方法。并且指出了中部地区在发展中可能面临的问题与挑战,只有在抓住外部机遇的基础上,迅速提高经济发展的内生动力,才能实现真正的崛起。
In the ＂12th Five -Year＂ plan, the central government put forward the strategic to vigorously promote the develop- ment in central region. For specifically analyzing the development opportunities faced by the central region at that time, on the basis of empirical analysis of data, we use the inductive method of theory, and pointed out the problems and challenges faced during the development process of the central region, noted that we should seize the external opportunities, rapidly increase the endogenous dy- namics of economic development, in order to achieve a real rise.
