摘要
北京市面临着人均资源相对贫乏、资源紧缺状况长期存在的现实约束,传统的线性工业生产方式必然加大北京市的资源和环境压力。在调结构、促增长以及强化节能减排和保护环境的背景下,北京市针对高新技术产业和现代制造业的重要集聚地——工业开发区,提出了建设生态工业园的任务,力图走出一条生态化、集约型的发展道路,以推动工业的可持续发展,实现经济、社会和环境的共赢。目前北京市生态工业园的建设工作正在稳步地推进中,对其建设和发展的优劣势以及外部机遇和威胁进行详细分析,制定北京市生态工业园的未来发展战略,这对规范和引导生态工业园的建设具有重大的意义。
Faced with the relatively poor per-capita resources and resource shortage,the linear industrial production way will surely increase the resources and environment pressure in Beijing.With the target of energy-conserving,pollution-reducing and environmental protection,as well as economic development and structure adjustment,Beijing proposed the task of constructing ecological industrial parks where high-tech industries and modern manufacture cluster in order to push the sustainable industrial development in an ecological and efficient way,and meet the win-win situation among economy,society and environment.Currently,the construction of ecological industrial parks is taking place in Beijing.So it is meaningful to take a SWOT analysis on the strengths,weakness,opportunities and threats of the ecology industrial parks construction for regulating and leading the development of ecological industrial parks.
